That’s right, folks, we’re excited to introduce to you a new character – and type of character, for there are many like him – that you just might run into in
Marauders. He’s called Frannel, and he runs a Card House in South Torun that many Marauders visit for information. Frannel’s Smoking Den has something of a reputation to uphold – particularly in regards to providing (and accepting) information, though certainly not without a cost.
