Once again we continue with our Meet ISOTX news series. This news post was originally intended for last week but unfortunately, technical difficulties (read: dead computer, RIP) prevented it from getting posted on time. Just the same, it’s here at last and these two gentlemen we’ve elected to feature this time are heavily responsible for shaping Warlord into the glorious game that you all know and love. It’s with great pleasure that I introduce to you the ruthless beast known as Killa (Mike) and Mr. Unpronounceable name, Uwe! (Okay, maybe it’s just me who has problems saying it! ) | Uwe Although originally hired for his expertise in making things tick (rumor has it that when he failed to become a neurosurgeon, Uwe resigned himself to creating artificial life forms to do his bidding), due to the nature of the business, he’s recently become Master of the Interface, which is a very prestigious title, let no one tell you anything different. In addition to having a name that most Americans can’t pronounce, he lives in a small town in Germany that we’re told is surrounded by lakes and woods, and this makes some of the community team extraordinarily jealous (we demand pictures). Over-all, Uwe is a very good egg, and he’s patient enough not to take it personally when we call him “Yew-ee” – what’s not to like? | | Mike Sometimes known as Killa (yes, he nerdrages when you attack him on Lords of Atelia – do it more often), Mike is in charge of a very important portion of ISOTX: Keeping the size of Vincent’s backside from becoming too large and therefore maintaining its own gravitational pull. If you haven’t guessed it, he’s a personal trainer. He’s also one of the dedicated testers of some of our games, but we really just keep him around to watch him freak out when certain evil staff members decide to camp the spawn points for him on Warlord. He comes from parts unknown; he may be Greek, Arabic or American. We’re not really sure what language he’s usually cursing Vince in, but it definitely sounds scary. |

I guess it is mainly non-Europeans who have problems with the name "Uwe"... Or at least I, as a guy who has learnt German for seven years, have definitely no problem pronuncing it...
