On New Years, we hosted a very successful fragfest. A lot of people attended, and it was fun all around for
everyone. From me chasing beaten around trying to knife him to others shooting people in the head on sight, it's a wonder we didn't lose to the Confederates more of than we did. And I for one think that it was too much fun to be done once per year. From the discussions I've seen, I'm not alone in this opinion, either.
The problem therein is that Earth has entirely too many time zones. I know, complicated, isn't it?
If you check out the Warlord subforums, there's a thread where people can post their available hours for fragfests. If everyone who plays Warlord could scoot over and reply there, it'd be a great way for us to decide on a way to hold regular get-togethers. We're hoping that we can decide on a pretty consistent time for everyone to be on to get to know each other - and maybe even get voice chat working for all players this time around.
